These always help with a sore throat or cough and the size is perfect. I've used the generic version but that one isn't as strong and it wears off quickly. The only flavor I always buy and it’s sugar free! The taste and texture duration last pretty long until it disappears in my mouth. Very effective for sore throat, bad sinus congestion and wakes me up on the way home from work!
