The energy aspect of these were great, a clean crisp non drop off type boost but i personally had to choke down the flavor. Not the best. Mixed with juice and it was okay.

Was a bit skeptical about this preworkout. I was worried that because it didnt have all the B.S in it, it wouldn't give me the jolt I needed. But VERY glad I went ahead and gave it a try! It's awesome and I feel the energy right away. The creatine is a MASSIVE bonus. I can see results only after a week.
