I love that it's in a pixie stick. Sometimes I can't drink a 8 or 12 oz drink before a work out so this is a fast acting little pixie stick 30 min prior to your workout.

I really love this flavor. I like that you can eat it straight from the tube, but I do put it in some water most of the time.
