Magnesium is the second most important mineral in the body, getting it is hard to get and you can't get it from processed foods, mostly from vegetables and in small amounts, also it's difficult for the body to absorb it; so taking this suplement is a must for every body, look in google for info

My bro recommended this as opposed to using Chelated Magnesium. I will never buy this again. It is not coated and tastes awful. You cannot take it out of the bottle and mix with other vitamins and it will disintegrate them! What a pain in the rump..........
