Would appreciate the seller getting in touch as over a couple of months of use (which was only used once a day) it has stopped working very very disappointedUpdate to my review on 6/3/20 I received a replacement soap dispenser, with good customer service, still working so far so fingers crossed

It looks nice, but that's it. Changed batteries several times, good batteries as well, not cheap £1 shop ones. Worked once only. It didn't get wet, it didn't get dropped, there was nothing done that could have damaged it at this end. Will stick with traditional pump action soap dispensers. Complete waste of money, do not buy!!

Worked intermittently for just over 4 weeks and then stopped working altogether! When I contacted the seller to return the item they insisted I pay for the return postage, even though the product is defective, because it was over 30 days since delivery. I eventually contacted Amazon Customer Service who resolved the issue immediately and refunded the who amount. DO NOT PURCHASE - THEY DO NOT WORK! I would have given zero stars if it were possible!

Wish I had bought this years ago. Ideal in the kitchen when prepping food, after handling meat , fish, any wet messy vegetables etc. just pop your hand under the spout to get soap without touching the dispenser, so no food waste or dirt on a pump style dispenser for example.COVID 19 ideal obviously, no touch action limits any cross contamination.Needs 4 batteries, NOT SUPPLIED. Wish it was heavier as it can be knocked over quite easily, other than that, definitely recommended.

I have bought this product TWICE cause i love the colour and it goes with my deco but once again it has STOPPED WORKING!!In order to change the batteries you need to pour out all the product and then once you activate it to work again you have to hope it will work, more often thN not it doesn’t work again!!

The product stopped working after 32 days ( just after the return period!) Called them and they gave me a support telephone number saying Amazon bought the warranty ( 1 year warranty) as well so it is Amazon's responsibility but the number always busy!!! Does anyone has any idea how to get the seller's details? Sorry am new to this. Thanks

Mine was faulty - sensor started going in the night nd used up all the soap. Also had to be really careful to keep soap out of battery compartment when filling. Returned and reimbursed with no trouble, expected better of a well known brand.

Late delivery without contenting the buyer. I had no idea where my purchase was or when it will be delivered. Poor quality, not easy to use.It looks nice at the outside and thats it.Stopped working after twee weeks. I have contacted the seller but still no response.
