I think the strap is genius for keeping it in place, but like another reviewer, when waking up at night to go to the princess room, I'd forget it was there until I was dragging the thing through the living room. I like the fabric so much better than my old one with the quilted nylon covering that's all snagged and balled. However in the past 2 weeks I'm waking up in the morning with distended veins in my feet and some leg pain like it cut off circulation somehow which was quite alarming; last night I went back to my old ugly one and didn't have that issue this morning. I'm not wanting to return it though, I will pass it on to a friend who just had hip surgery though it may be just too big for her. the little pokey thing on the zipper I did notice a couple of times but think that could be remedied with a piece of tape. All in all this is a good one just not quite right for me at this time.

I used to sleep with a pillow between my legs & would wake up to find the pillow fell on the floor by my bed. This product has a strap that keeps the knee pillow in place all night. I love it, it’s very soft, and my knees do feel so much better. My only complaint is that sometimes the Velcro on the strap pokes out and will scratch me a bit. Nothing that causes me pain, but I have sensory issues, so it bugs me a little bit. I just make sure to wear pants so I won’t feel it.

Only thing is it a little thicker than I expected which was perfect! Gives a little but that firmness will last.

I am very happy with this pillow. Super soft while still having structure. I love the leg strap, the Velcro didn't bother me at all like other reviews had said.

I have always slept on my side and noticed about 10 years ago, only in my mid-20s, that I was having hip pain after sleeping. I had tried a knee pillow before but it would move from between my legs when I slept (didn’t find one with a strap at the time). I tried using a body pillow (again, not the contoured ones promoted for pregnancy/side sleepers) and encountered a similar issue. I was mostly experiencing this during the winter when it was extremely cold and just suffered. Well, after having my son a few years later that did a number on my sacrum and I now have more lower-back pain. I initially planned on purchasing a more expensive knee pillow based on reviews and product push by Buzzfeed, but when I was getting ready to buy I decided to look at some less expensive options. I found this pillow which was $5 less and had the same quality reviews. I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and it has helped greatly. It does still shift when I wear silky pajama pants but that is expected. It stays in place all night long, even with tossing and turning, when I’m wearing regular pajama pants. I’ve also used it for just watching a show or movie when laying down on my side and it’s very comfortable. I definitely recommend purchasing this if you are experiencing lower-back pain when you wake up.
