X-mas present for my wife. Great design, etc. and she liked everything about it until it just stopped working. I checked it out (including popping open the control module) and found no obvious breaks or problems. So, into the trash it goes and will look for another brand that will hopefully last for more than 3 months.Update: The company reached out to me and refunded the purchase price. So, even though it was past the return period they provided great customer service by stepping-up and making it right. Nice to know that they stand behind their products! Revised to a 4-star review.

I received this heating pad yesterday and so far it is helping to relieve the pain in my shoulders. However, there could be a little more room between the snap and the weighted edge. My finger keeps slipping off the edge of the weighted edge and it's a little hard to snap. the neck piece takes a little getting used to. I also think the back needs to be a little longer so you can reach in the back and make sure the back is straight and not creased. If you bought this for a shoulder problem they probably didn't think about how difficult it would be to get your hands in back to smooth it out. At this point I probably would not recommend this to someone who could not reach behind their back. If you don't have that problem I would recommend this heating pad. It works great on site muscles and bruised nerves.

I purchased this on Amazon. I plugged it it and turned it on. After about 5 minutes, it shut off and was completely dead. Would not turn back on. I processed an exchange with Amazon. Received the replacement and the exact same thing happened. That one also shut off after about 5 minutes and was dead. If I could give this fewer than 1 star I would. Complete garbage. I decided to open the control unit to see if there was a fuse or something inside. There is no fuse, but the unit had a large burn mark on the plastic inside.

This back and shoulder heating pad works awsome! My husband complains back pain since he uses the computer all day long. This pad fits him perfectly and does a great job of pain relief. I also tried it on my shoulder and legs. The pad itself is light and very soft. It has 6 heating levels and heats up quickly which makes me feel so relax and comfy! What I like the most is that it has 2 hours auto-off timer and seems very reliable.I wish it had more color choices. Then I definitely will buy the second one.Very satisfied purchase and highly recommend!

I ordered this back in October and it stopped working within a few weeks. I got it replaced in November (free of charge) and now in April the replacement has stopped working...again. I have never had a heating pad stop working in my history of purchasing them. This one was defective both times.Unfortunatley now I om over the return period and cannot exchange after 4 months.

I got this product last night, as I have a regular heating bad that just was not working on my upper back and shoulders. After having it on my back all day today it is working nicely. The product is made well, sits comfortably on the shoulders and nice and tight. Only thing I wish it had was some kind of strap to go around my chest to hold it against my back while I was working on my computer. Other than that it was pretty good. Might be nice to add an always on option, it has a 2 hour setting to turn off, but never noticed, I guess I got up before it turned itself off. Since I was up and down through the day, I unplugged it when I got up, then plugged back in when I sat down, that helped to make it easier than taking it on and off. I would definitely recommend it if you need heat to stay on your upper back and shoulders, great product.

This product works as advertised & performs well. I have arthritis in every major joint in my body including my shoulders. Heating pads seem to give better relief than pain meds or creams, but I struggled to use a traditional heating pad on my shoulders because it is difficult to get it to stay in place & the cords are usually shorter than the one this product has. This product stays in place & is comfortable to wear while I work at my desk! The length of the cord makes it possible to move freely at my desk including rolling from my desk to my credenza in my office chair without concern. I also use it at home when needed. I can recline on the couch while wearing it comfortably.

The initial unit we received, turned on for a couple of minutes and then we heard a pop and it wouldn't turn on anymore. We returned it and then the company reached out to provide a replacement. We gladly accepted, but while the replacement unit worked, it did not provide much heat. If you turn the unit to maximum heat when you first turn it on, you can feel it heat up, but then it does not hold that temperature. After a minute or so, it barely feels like it is on. Even when the pad is warm at first use, the heat around the neck and shoulders is barely noticeable.Even though the manufacturer's customer service replaced the broken unit, the working unit is still not worth anything more than the defective unit.

We purchased this heating pad for upper back, neck, and shoulder pain. We shopped around hoping to find somthing better than the square traditional heating pads that everyone grew up with. Fortunately we found this one. The reviews on this Brand and this particular unit are very good, most people love it. As soon as we received it, I unpacked it, and tried it out. The material is a soft velour and is a medium grey color. It can be cleaned using a washing machine when required. The pad is worn over your shoulders, and fastened with a dome to keep it in place. The pad fits your body across your shoulders, and down your back. It covers the back of your neck and Trapezius area to provide heat to these muscles. The control unit is simple to use and the heat setting is adjustable from 0 to 6. It has an automatic safety shut off that turns the heat off after 2 hours of use, just in case you fell asleep. The heat is evenly distributed to the entire pad. We are very happy with our purchase.

Product is of nice quality and has good features! My wife uses it everyday, and is so happy with it!

Product is as advertised. Soft outer layer, good size. I would recommend.
