Have had one of these belts before which lasted 10 years. Ordered the small size because I lost weight since ordering previous belt but found sizing incorrect. I am a 28" waist but could barely do it up so had to pay to return it, bit annoying.

A bit small for an adult.
Fine piece of kit, and is very good at supporting the lower back area. However, unless you have a waist size of 32 or smaller, this will probably be too small.
