Perfect fit and works better than the OEM valve on my Dewalt
First off, I paid for 5 each valves but received 7 each valves. The shipment also included a roll of white teflon tape to seal the threads, even though there is sealant on the valves already. Bonuses, I guess for livin' right :)The original drain valve on my Dewalt pancake compressor failed to seal after 2 years so I bought these as replacements. The old valve came right out with a wrench. I wrapped 3 turns of teflon tape around the red, threaded end of the valve and wrenched it in. No leaks and the knurled thumb knob works better than the original.

Do Not Purchase These ... they do not fit / work / help
These replacement drain valves had two problems ... one minor ... they did not come with the red sealing paste as shown in the picture, and one major ... they do not work. They are difficult to screw into the hole ... at first I thought the threads were cross threading ...but I am very careful on not "pushing" ... l let the threads do the work. It did screw in with care ... but leaked. the inner threaded valve would not seal. Very hard to turn the screw by hand. I did lots of home work to make sure the part number was correct. I looked on line for the right part number for my C2002 Type pancake compressor ... and there were suppose to fit. Well that is $20 dollars wasted. And worst of all ... I still can not use my compressor.
