We were moving our schoolroom around and someway got the desk caught on the computer charger and tore the cord in half... Ahhhhh . Mom doesn't function well without her laptop so of course I was on the hunt for a new one. I went to the office store and OMG the price they wanted was outrageous. I looked online and found this one way cheaper. Although it is not the name brand one, it said it works wth my type of computer so I ordered it.I simply took it out of the box , hooked it up and whoo hooo my computer began to charge. Happy Dance for me... I can rest easily now as I don't have to worry about my computer dying.

I purchased this charger for my toshiba laptop. It arrived quickly and it is as described by seller. I have been using the charger since I got it and have had no problems with it. I definitely recommend this seller for this product. I’m a happy customer.

My charger finally stopped working. I bought this as a replacement. I'm using my computer to write this review so the charger works. I've had no problems with it whatsoever. There's not increase in electricity bill and the battery life has remained the same through the use of this charger. An affordable replacement which will get you right back on track with the fast shipping if you have prime.

The charger works perfectly but the barrel is longer than it should be, making it stick out as if it's not fully plugged in. I can see someone not technologically inclined trying to force it in fully and damaging the charger, the laptop or both.

I am so grateful to have found this cable to work with my Toshiba Portege! It has worked great so far, and hasn't over heated or anything, like I always fear will happen with replacement cables. I love that the jack is at a right angle to the cable, unlike the original cable that came with my laptop.The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cable is a bit shorter in length than the original, which can be quite inconvenient depending on your location, but all in all, I really like this charger and recommend it!

I just recently purchased this charger as my laptops had died. Considering it was a bit more than what I has wanted to pay I decided it was worth it. I purchased it with 2-day shipping and got it overnight. It has been working fine since I first plugged it in. The charging box doesn't get hot like other comments had said, but it does get luke warm like it should. The cord from the box to the wall outlet is ~2 feet long so I swapped it out with the old one I had and it's working fine. Loving the L shaped plug, makes it easier then a straight plug. I look forward to buying another one of these if I ever need it.

It works so far. However, it's not a toshiba branded charger. Also, it's at least 2 feet shorter than the factory cord, which is a bit of a nuisance.
