Best deal out there, quality is perfect no issues at all.
I did lots of research because I have been burned in the past with ink. I thought the price was to good to be true and almost didn't purchase. I'm glad I did.

Killed my printer
I did buy a new drum and the printer is still making the noise and not printing properly. I'm very disappointed. My printer is out of warranty so they won't do anything even though I believe the toner killed my printer.

Everything worked perfectly until.....
The color toners worked perfectly, were perfect fit, no issues. Then when I went to add the black toner it was defective(had a light fade on the left side of the print- shook it, cleaned, you name it... I did it) I have not gotten a response in regards to receiving a new toner. 1 star off for the defective toner and another star off for no response. The price is good, hoping I have better luck on my second purchase.

I purchased this same 4-pack three times with generally good results. Nonetheless, one of the black toner cartridges was defective. leaving black streaks on the paper. Further shaking the cartridge failed to mitigate the problem. The defective cartridge was replaced by another new LCL compatible back cartridge. The black smears were no longer present. With some difficulty, Amazon eventually refunded the entire amount of the purchase.I continue to purchase the product, knowing Amazon will make things right, if there is another issue.

GREAT RPODUCT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY WORK GREAT, BUT ONE CAME BROKEN AND THEY WILL NOT HAVE UPS PICK IT UP, THEY WANTED ME TO RETURN IT TO KOHLS DURING THE VIRUS CRAP THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED. SO NOW I HAVE TO KEEP THE 3 GOOD ONES AND 1 BROKEN ONE.
