Monster Grid 2020 Wall Calendar

I extensively use the electronic calendar in my phone, but I am unable to convert my wife from a big paper calendar to the electronic one. She uses this for tracking appointments and many other things. The calendar is great except for one major design flaw. The hole used to hang the calendar is way too close to the edge of the page, 3/16 in. This causes the holes to become deformed and tear out, particularly when the calendar is new and only hanging on a couple of pages. This would be a perfect calendar if the manufacturer moved the hole away from the edge a bit more and reinforced the holes with Ripstop nylon. I suggested this to the manufacturer a few years ago, but they chose to do nothing about it. Now I reinforce the holes prior to use with packaging tape. Even with this reinforcement the holes still deform, but they don't tear out quite as easily.

Great size of the squares, spacious, can write in many events on any one day and still be able to read them all. The only drawback is that the last page, which is the inside of the back cover and is December, is shiny, gloss paper so anything written in for Dec must be with a ballpoint pen or Sharpie (gels don’t dry and smear, pencils don’t work).

I bought a Monster Grid calendar for 2016. I liked it so much, I bought another one for 2017. In 2018 I bought a different calendar, but it sucked so I threw it away and got another Monster Grid instead. In 2019, having learned my lesson, I went straight for the Monster Grid. And so, for my 2020 calendar, there just wasn't any competition. Another Monster Grid.The boxes are big - 2 1/4 inches by 3 3/4 inches. I can write in them with a Sharpie and read it from several feet away. There are no frills - no moon charts, no horoscopes, no pictures of baby animals, no trite inspirational quotes, just big boxes for every date. Holidays are listed, and any extra space is filled with room for a to-do list. It's everything you need from a calendar, and nothing more.

This calendar is near perfect except for where the hole is located to hang the calendar. Because of the placement, it tears easily and is too close to the edge..... The hole needs to be moved in and reinforced. The other issue is that the calendar pages are NOT stapled with heavy duty staples and there are only two staples to hold the pages together. 3 heavy duty staples would make it stronger to withstand constant use. My calendar broke apart completely....and its only January 2020. I gave up trying to put it back together. If Zebra Publishing made these few changes....this would be the perfect calendar. I wrote to the company's 2 reps to make the above suggestions but no response yet. Hopefully they can fix these issues....and this could be the perfect calendar....its soooo close.

I get this calendar every year. It remains the best wall calendar out there that actually serves a functional purpose instead of just showing pretty pictures. It has big squares on each day so you can enter important things for that day. I use it constantly.

I HAD A FATHER WHO HAD A TERRIBLE TIME WITH SMALL PRINT DUE TO HIS EYES. AFTER PURCHASING THIS CALENDAR SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND I STILL CONTINUE TO BUY THIS. I RECENTLY STARTED TO PURCHASE THESE AS GIFTS FOR MY AUNTS WORTH EVERY PENNY. VERY LARGE NUMBERS AND SPACES ON CALENDAR TO MARK APPTS.

Excellent - we buy one annually, only issue is midway thru year for 2017, pages starting falling off staple by July...5/5.Also I buy another copy for my mom and dad in their 90s. They keep on their frig.We keep ours on our microwave. I prefer this to the other many calendars I’ve tried and electronic version. 5/5Suggest reinforcing.

Best calendar ever! I order one of these every year. A few years back, I decided to go with a different type and size. What a mistake! I quickly went back to my good old tried-and-true. There is plenty of room to write everything you would need to, on each day I look forward to receiving mine every year.
