Graystone CCW Holster T-Shirt for Men- Crew Neck Compression Conceal Carry Tactical Clothing

Fits and seems to work. My weapon is small, but my body is smaller. Hope there's little buldge wearing it.

1. Tuck this in! Wear something over it. Much more comfortable. 2. Wicks away sweat much like U-Armour clothing. 3. Perfect for cross draw. Not so great otherwise. Make sure you’re getting the correct configuration. 4. Pockets are great for speed loaders (revolvers) but intended for mags supposedly 5. Good luck concealing a Glock! But for revolvers? It’s perfect. 6. Way more support than you’d think. Major Con: firearm will slip forward, and this can make conceal carry a joke as the grip becomes plainly visible. Wouldn’t recommend for a full size hand gun: for a Revolver, Compact SA, or Sub-Compact it is pretty much perfect though One last pro: extremely comfortable. If you don’t know what size to get: go with the larger one!!! This fabric will mold to you. If it’s not a little larger than normal you’re going to have a bad time. Period. You’re typically a small? Get a Medium. Typically a medium? Get a large. So on and so forth

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm posting this in hopes that my trial-and-error with these compression shirt holsters will save time for someone else. The short version: I know it's counterintuitive, but the most effective concealment with these shirts is achieved when the weapon is NOT held tightly against your torso — it actually needs to droop a little under your armpit, but not too much — and this is affected by the size and weight of your gun, as well as the tightness of the compression shirt. The long version: My concealed carry weapons are a Glock 19 (Gen 4) 9mm and a S & W Bodyguard .380. I am a male, 5' 10" and 165 pounds. I am not ridiculously fit, but neither do I have much of a gut. For my particular build and choice of CCW, I have found that AIWB (Appendix Inside the Waistband) is the best method of concealment under MOST circumstances. I wanted the compression shirt holster for those exceptions when my clothing makes AIWB impractical — e.g., when I'm wearing a dress shirt that's tucked in (no, the "bloused" part of my shirt does NOT effectively cover the handle of the pistol or the AIWB holster clip that goes over the outside of my belt), or workout apparel such as sprawl shorts, track pants, etc. — and also for those moments of extra paranoia when I want to walk around with multiple CCWs in various locations on my person. I initially ordered a medium sized shirt. I still have yet to actually receive a medium. But my experimenting with both an XL and small shirt revealed something unexpected: The weapon is MORE visible when it's held snugly against my ribcage. When it's allowed to hang a little, it is much better concealed, even though it feels less secure. I didn't notice at first that they sent me an XL instead of a medium. The shirt fit a little loosely, especially for a compression shirt, and my .380, with a full 6-round magazine plus one in the chamber, dangled somewhat. (I didn't even try the Glock 19. Even though it's a subcompact 9mm, I thought there was no way it could be concealed under my armpit.) But when I put a dress shirt on over top, the gun was very difficult to see. Still, I wondered if a tighter shirt would work even better. Thinking I had a medium, I ordered the next size down. The small shirt fit better than the XL, and was similar to the other medium compression shirts I like to wear instead of T-shirts under button-down and polo shirts. And the .380 was held much more securely against my body. So imagine my surprise (and minor disappointment) when the grip of the firearm could be seen easily once I donned a dress shirt. I tried again with the first shirt — only then noticing it was an XL — and sure enough, the gun felt looser and it all but disappeared. On a whim, I tried the Glock 19 with a full 15-round mag in the size S shirt. It drooped in much the same way as the .380 Bodyguard did with the size XL, and to my amazement, the larger 9mm became invisible when I stood still or walked with my hands in my pockets or my arms casually at my sides. Only when I reached forward did the back of the slide and rear sight creat a slight bulge in my shirt, as did the bottom of the mag when I reached backward. At this point, I'll probably keep both shirts. Also, I think further experimentation with either a large or medium shirt is unnecessary — I believe I've already found the best ratios for the weight of each firearm and the tightness of the compression shirt. I hope all of this helps!

I'm editing my prior review due to the absolute excellence in customer service provided by the folks at GrayStone! I can't say I've come across many companies that will go to the lengths they did to make certain I was happy with my purchase. I bought a small, which I thought would be small enough. It turned out to be a little loose. I returned the shirt for a full refund (and received a credit to my card in a very timely manner). This was promptly followed by an email from Tony at GrayStone. He insisted on making the situation right by offering to provide a smaller size to try out (which I was unaware existed). The smaller size will definitely work for me. I would like to emphasize that this is a quality constructed shirt with a great price point (unlike others I’ve ordered and been sorely disappointed in). But, most importantly, the folks at GrayStone stand by their products AND their customers by making certain they are 100% satisfied. I will not hesitate to do business with this company in the future, based on their insistence of customer satisfaction and above average service. That said, I would like to add that while I’m certain I can make this shirt work for me, I have had a couple of issues with regard to holding my firearm in place with the provided velcro strap. Additionally, the butt of my gun still protrudes when wearing a shirt over the conceal t. Part of this is due to a very small p238 which the Velcro strap works with, but a larger gun would be better secured by the strap. I will try using the shorter magazine to see if that helps with the issue surrounding the gun butt being so obvious under a secondary shirt. Lastly, I should add that I’m fairly small in stature. If you are a larger, not-so-slight, individual, this concealment t should work very nicely for you. Again, I can’t say that this isn’t a quality item. It is! Unfortunately, I have some issues due to my stature, and choice of conceal carry firearm, which seem to be playing into the matter. I will find a way to make it work for my needs. I can’t emphasize enough just how wonderful a company GrayStone, and Tony specifically, is to work with on purchasing products they offer. You WILL NOT be let down if you take a chance on them! Kudos!

The Hoster shirts would be OK if your Pistol sites didn’t hang when you try to pull your gun out by the time you get your gun out you’re already shot. They’re very dangerous. Do not buy.

Overall I am pleased with the shirt even though I haven't worn it except to try it on around the house. I bought a medium and it is a snug fit but it's stretchy so it isn't difficult to put on or take off. When in use it will be with a Glock 43, a 9mm single stack. It wil accommodate a Glock 19 but I believe I'll only use the 43 with it. Both holsters are identical and will easily and securely accommodate either a gun or 2 mags on either side. In Florida we don't wear a lot of jackets so I thought I would use it with an open button-down shirt. This will be a departure from my normal t-shirt or polo so I'm expecting my friends to ask, "What's up with the wardrobe change?" Due to the open shirt mode I would prefer the logo, (white letters on a black shirt) on the upper left chest, to not be there. Monogrammed in black thread would be cool but the rubber iron-on has to go. I'll be Googling how to do that. What little I have worn it I believe it will be comfortable and no more difficult to draw from than a shoulder holster. It gives me one more carry option and I like options.

Fits good. Fits small and medium guns. But has very shallow magazine pockets. Would not even try it.

I have purchased two of these now. Comfortable, very good length, easy to use. The first one was a 3xl. I’m a big guy, 360lbs, 6’2”. The 3xl is a touch on the snug side, but not so much as to be uncomfortable or constricting, but I thought getting a 4xl might provide a little better fit. Boy, was I wrong. I don’t know if the 4xl was just mis-marked, but it was smaller than my 3xl; I couldn’t even get into it. I just returned the 4xl, should be receiving a refund shortly. The second shirt was a real disappointment after the first shirt. I hope they get this figured out.

Habe mehrere Holstershirts. Das hier gehört leider zur Kategorie "Wenn sonst alles in der Wäsche ist" etc. Gut: Waffe kann beidseitig angebracht werden. Ansonsten: Wenig tauglich. Das hängt aber auch vom Waffentyp und der Größe der HFW ab. Bei mir passte der Frontbereich der Waffe kaum durch die Öffnung der Halterung. Das sichernde Klett passte dann auch nur noch schräg über den Griff unterhalb des Verschlusses und die Waffe drückte, weil sie nicht seitlich, sondern zu weit vorne am Körper hing (und damit auch mehr auffällt / ausbeult). Erschwerend kam hinzu, daß sie zu weit oben angebracht sitzt, knapp unterhalb der Achselhöhle. Normale Armbewegungen sind beim Gehen daher erschwert. Wie geschrieben werde ich das Shirt nur nehmen, wenn meine anderen Alternativen nicht verfügbar sind. Sonst gut verarbeitet. Sehr enganliegend, was auch sein muß. Aber dennoch hat man Verlustsorgen, da der Sicherungsklett etwas klein und schwächlich wirkt, auch wenn kein Baumeln oder wackelndes Hin und Her in der Bewegung auftritt.
