Great product
This is exactly what I needed. At first I thought it was not working right because the sound was still coming through the TV. Then I realized it's not magical and I still needed to change the settings for my TV audio output.

Great bluetooth transmitter
I hooked this up to my TV using the by pass for the optical connection to use headphones with the TV. It paired up quickly with my headphones, and now they're paired up as soon as I power them up. Old transmitter this one replaced would take several minutes to pair every time.

This product works well in bluetooth
I have used this blue tooth connector with my stereo system with very good results. I use it with my phone and I get nice sound quality at my speakers. I also use it with my ipod with somewhat less accurate reproduction(I'm sure it is the signal from the ipod which is the problem).

Huge let down.
Doesn't work as advertised. No support to help me to get it to operate. I hooked up the jacks and NOTHING! So I'm in the hole for 2 bluetooth speakers, 2 speaker stands.

Great product that just works, and great customer service.
I received this product as a replacement for a similar type of optical to bluetooth transmitter unit that was dead on arrival. I never tried this on the receiver (RX) mode, but for my needs, the transmitter (TX) mode works perfectly. Pairing was simple with two different sets of bluetooth earphones. I didn't notice any lag or weird audio issues while using them, they seem to work perfectly. I like that I don't have to worry about re-pairing when one set of earphones die, simply charge, and turn back on and it will reconnect (takes about 3-10 seconds or so), and it will keep both sets of earphones in the memory even when the unit itself is turned off. Overall great unit that fills my needs perfectly.
