I will never buy another iron supplement than this one. I have been severely anemic since I was a child, and unable to take iron because of the problems it causes of constipation. This is the best one because it doesn't cause problems with your stomach or with the poo poo 💩 Department.

I'm already taking vitamins with 18 mg of iron and my doctor told me to take more iron at night. I didn't want any more than a supplement of another 18. I couldn't find 18 mg iron tablets anywhere but knew I would find them on Amazon! These are in capsule form so makes it easy to swallow.

This iron does not cause constipation. It is a great product for my daughter and granddaughter, who both have problems with becoming anemic every month. I highly recommend this supplement.

This is the best iron supplement around and it's a too-well-kept secret. The absorption rate is excellent (just remember, for any iron supplement, do not combine with calcium or you lose the benefit of either). I've been using it for decades.

These caps are easily digested. I have been taking this brand of iron for many years. I rarely eat red meat, so these insure I am nutritionally sound.

Ordered one bottle, no plastic seal and when I opened the bottle, the safety seal was broken. I requested another bottle and the same thing happened, no plastic seal and the safety seal inside was almost completely torn off.

Great iron for the price. I need an iron supplement, and this one works great. Very gentle on the stomach. I've been using this for years.
