Gluten free is nice and yet at a reasonable price. I cook a cup of rice to blend and make it go even farther.It has become a staple in my diet. Delivery was fast.

Like the option to add additional salt if wanted. It still has great depth of flavor

Despite it still containing sodium (Why do chicken soups contain as much sodium as most do?), I didn't detect it. What it lacks without being salty could be remedied with some Mrs. Dash or Cajun pepper seasoning. Other than that, there's an abundance of chicken, wild rice, and brown rice. I do recommend.

I'm sure the ingredients are healthy, but I find this product difficult to digest. And I don't find a lot of chicken pieces in it. So, I give it a 3 out of 5.

This soup is one of my favorites, it is better tasting (to me), less fattening, and healthier than plain chicken noodle soup.
