I was hesitant to get one of these at first because they say they can be a projectile if in a car accident; however, in my rav4 I'm able to strap it around the small middleseat headrest and position it to see baby who's behind passenger seat. I'm hoping because its not on the headrest of the seat my baby is strapped in to, it lessens that likelyhood of any injury. I didn't realize how much peace of mind it gave me until we were home for the holidays and strapping our baby into my parent's car and we weren't able to see him when he was coughing or went from screaming to silent so quickly. This mirror is great quality, and is definitely worth the peace of mind for this first time mama.

I drive an SUV and I want my daughter riding in the middle instead of on one of the sides by the doors and there is no way of putting a mirror up in front of her so I can see her. But, this mirror is perfect it angles in any direction you need it too. No stores around me sell mirrors like this I have to say this is one of the best purchases.

Other than having to readjust because it loosens itself - this mirror gets the job done. It would be great to have a feature so at night I could still see my son, but for the price, you get what you paid for...a rear facing mirror! (Highly recommend that every parent with a rear-facing child has a mirror)

good baby mirror. we ordered a different mirror first but it blocked our view too much (we have a prius, which has a teeny rearview window). this one is perfect size-wise; big enough to see baby but not so big that it takes up the whole back window. easy to install, easy to angle the way you like. i took away a star because it does seem to get loose fairly frequently, so i have to tighten it pretty regularly. otherwise a very helpful product!

Maybe I was expecting too much. I didn’t like this mirror. It was not good quality and my son did not like it. Returned.

This mirror is exactly what I needed. My 2010 Nissan Rogue does not have a middle head rest, but the middle is the safest place to put a car seat. I was able to put this on the passenger side back seat head rest and see my baby. The price is great and it shipped quickly.
