I had a very negative experience with this product and sent it back. First the good:1. The auto closing arms in theory are great automatic adjust to phone.2. Usb-c and quick charge compatibility, the day or 2 it worked for my phone charged really fast3. Multiple mounting options give you flexibility to securely mount in your vehicleNow the bad:1. The auto adjusting arms cover the power button on my phone and are extremely sensitive. Phone basically unusable when locked in and any attempt to adjust anything the arms swing open and the phone falls out.2. The unit needs a USB cable plugged into it to be able to charge or open/close and your car needs to be on in a lot of cases. So I couldn't even use it just to hold the phone and charge with the cable plugged in3. After a day or 2 of it seemingly working it started overheating my phone almost instantly and wouldn't even charge.Maybe I got a lemon, but after actually using the thing was junk for me. A lot of good and interesting ideas in this product but it needs workUPDATE:The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement unit that was tweaked and I no longer have had any of the above mentioned issues. Great customer service and they really care about their product, recommended highly. It's even cheaper now

I’ve gone through so many car chargers in my time I’ve lost count. Either the suction is terrible or the materials are flimsy. Also all of these so called “fast chargers” are anything but fast. I’ve also had chargers with the vent clips. They were always horrible. So like I’ve done in the past I took another chance. I purchase the Fiora charger. I’m so glad I didn’t give up. This is the best charger I have found by far. It’s strong and durable without being heavy and clumsy. I attached it to my air vent and it holds my iPhone XS Max like a champ. Any other charger I had would all ways shift or dip or rattle. So annoying. It only moves when I move it. Also these guys weren’t kidding when they said it was fast. 50% charge in an hour and it doesn’t overheat. Lastly I love the gripping system. Hold is firm yet protective and the 2 button open/close system is very convenient. This is a must buy. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this product.

The Ultimate Wireless Car Charger by Fiora is a good practical charger with good suction, hold and excellent charge, although I think the price is a bit on the high side. Similar products of equal performance sell for circa $39.99. Although it does what it's advertised to do, I find the vent clip to be more stable than the CD slot holder. I use it for my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Note 10+ and my wife uses it for her I Phone XS. I find it works well for all phones, however, on the bigger screen phones, the process to release the clamp was a bit uneasy and required me to sometimes take my eyes off the road for a second. It takes sometimes 2 or three tries. This is because, the big screen requires reaching out deeper behind the phone to activate the release button, otherwise it's a good system. I give it a 5 for suction, 4 for sturdiness (based on CD slot only) and 3 for value (because I've seen similar products with equal performance selling between $30 and $40).All in all, its a great product.

I ordered this for the Samsung Galaxy S10. I chose this product because to the different mounting options it provide and that it was a wireless charger. It was more than I expected. I use the CD mount hand it stays in place very well. When the the base that holds the phone detects its charging the arms automatically close to firmly hold the phone in the base. From what I can tell so far it charges at a pretty good rate. I was so happy with mine that I bought one for my husband.

Overall, I am a fan of the product. It came well packaged and there was a variety of different options to mount the charger. I only had to purchase a new cord because the provided cord was too short, but that was not a major issue and the length of the included cord was clearly spelled out (5ft). I also like how to release the phone, you only have to touch the "buttons" on the side. You do not actually have to press down.I am using this with an iPhone 8 in a 2017 car, with it plugged via USB (and not using the included adapter). With these conditions, it charges the phone very quickly, even when the phone is at full brightness and running GPS and Bluetooth music. My only concern is the longevity of the moving parts, but I will update if it fails me in a short period of time. So far there does not seem to be any degradation of the moving parts.

You can tell this company knows what they’re doing. When you open the box, there’s a big card that says THANK YOU in big bold letters and a paragraph about the fact that they are a family-owned company. They obviously take pride in what they do.The charger/holder seems to be very well built, it was nicely packaged (too much plastic, though - maybe they should substitute the plastic with a cardboard holder, just a thought). My only issue was that the little instruction booklet only gives a diagram of the pieces, it doesn’t give step-by-step of how to put it together and use it. That could be improved.So far so good!

I have had one of these chargers for about a year now and I honestly have to say that I love everything about it! Recently the suction cup started to fail and wouldn't suction onto my windshield anymore. I emailed the company and the same business day they replied back to me and said that they were going to ship out two new suction cup mounts at no charge! I just received them (3 days later) and I'm happy to say I will be using this car charger for a long time! Costs a little bit more then some of the other car chargers on Amazon, however completely worth it in my opinion! Additionally, the cool factor when it automatically opens and closes to release your phone has definitely impressed some friends! Thanks Fiora!

This product does everything it promises. Holds the phone great and very little movement of the device when travelling. The ability to open the arms when the car is turned off is brilliant. Great product overall.
