Pros: 1) Good comfortable fit. 2) Non-slip seam holds on well. 3) No skin irritation during long term use.Cons: 1) The "pad" is thick but the ad is deceiving because the pad is much smaller area wise than it appears so this might be okay for dance or yoga but for knee protection they are somewhat limiting. 2) While they are comfortable to wear they are loose enough where impact with the floor will move the pad off center so if you have large legs the large size would be adequate for a light brace effect.Overall, I bought them for knee braces and wear them all day so comfort is good but these could be a little tighter even for that purpose. My last knee pads I used for volleyball fit more snugly and the pad covers much more area that would protect your knee even if they did turn during use.Bottom Line: Might be marginally good for a brace or perhaps dance but I would look elsewhere for sporting gear.Update 7-3-2023: I wore these under my work pants to brace my knees during the day and laid down 4 vinyl planks on a a floor. When I took them off I noticed one of the pads was very compressed. After it was washed I found it stayed that way. Like others have noted, it appears they are only good for one use unless your main purpose was like mine. I still use it for a knee brace.

Great knee pads for an 8 year old for volleyball.

The pads are a little thicker than they appeared in the pics (I wanted thin padded knee pads) but they appear well made and considering the price I'll give them a try.

Needs just a touch more “Cush” but worked great for washing floors on my hands and knees.

Well made for 12$. I use them under my pants. They stay in place and they are comfortable. Cushioned well.

Ok, don’t laugh, but I use these to wash the floor and to play with my pup. I love being on the floor and crawling around playing with my pup, but my knees were taking a beating. These are wonderful. I wear them under my jeans- the wider legged jeans- and you would never know they were on.I prefer washing my floors with a bucket and sponge- it really gets things super clean - and that was hard in my knees, so I put these on and I’m all over the floor with great ease.Life just got better!!

I’m petite and I typically wear a size small. The medium size knee pads fitted me well.I have bad knees due to a fall during a hike awhile back, so I needed some padding to protect myself from any falls during snowboarding. I’ve worn other knee pads in the past but none were as comfortable as these. They have a good curve in them, so I can flex my knees comfortably while snowboarding. They aren’t bulky and you couldn’t tell I was wearing them under my snowboarding pants. I recently got back from a snowboarding trip and I had a few falls on my knees but the padding did well in absorbing the impact. Without these I would probably be pretty sore right now.

Not bulky and give great protection for roller skating and protecting old bruises from new falls from where your skated without protection before. I have hard pads too for when I’m learning new tricks and I use these when I just want a little protection or at the rink and have a few bruises that need to heal and don’t want to wear my harder bigger pads
