Disappointed had to send back
Wanted and was expecting the pink and white set that is an oatmeal mask and not so heavy lip balm. Got sent the Shea butter set (in which I’m allergic to the shea butter). Had to send back! Can only use the oatmeal. But other than that Mary Kay product are really great products!

Slow shipping
Excellent product that shipping time has something to be desired. I received this a month after the expected delivery date

Size not what was listed on ad. They are each .3 ounces not 3 ounces as the ad had listed.
The ad for this product clearly states it is 3 ounces each not .3 ounces. And on the size of the package it says it is 15 ounces, maybe that’s with the box they shipped it in.

This picture is not what I received misrepresented
I'm keeping the product because its not horrible but it is not the one pictured. The one pictured is no longer available by Mary Kay representatives however there are people that carry the discontinued formula item which is what is pictured. It carries more value because its so much better than the new formula. I received the formula now readily available and I would have NEVER paid this much for this if Id known this wasn't what I'd receive. So will I buy from this seller again? NO WAY

Disappointing
Mary Kay has changed their formulas so mcc that I am forced to seek solutions elsewhere. This item is particularly a failure for real chapped lips.
