The items arrived within two days and I fitted them myself and were a perfect fit...

It is rarely the washers in hard water areas corrosion of the chrome causes the leak
Did not work. Genuine Franke washers only available from Central Services. The tap is ten years old three sets of valves three spouts four sets of washers but it is the same tap.

Fast service and good quality, but did not solve my drip. Other part of tap at fault.
