I have done other detoxes before but I thought I would try this one and I am not impressed. While I am sure that it is doing something and getting some bad stuff out of me there are a few things that could be a whole lot better.Firstly, I tend to move around in my sleep some (not tossing and turning all night, but I do move around a little) and the adhesion simply doesn't cut it for me. Except for the nights where I slept like a log I could feel the edges rolling and the pad coming off sometimes before the night was halfway through. Trying to sleep and not move around because you know it will make your footpads come off is NOT a pleasant way to sleep...Secondly, I have mentioned that I have done other detoxes, so I wasn't really respecting a whole lot to be on the pads. The first night there was a lot of black but I could still see a little of the grey so I thought I might have some leftover pads... However, I still had the exact amount of black on the pads three weeks later! Since the pads were not full to start with it seems to me that they should be gradually decreasing in blackness but they don't really seem to be, which brings me to my next point..Thirdly, I had to order another thing of pads because I was close to running out of the first bag. I know from experience that you are not supposed to stop in the middle of a detox, so I am very unhappy that one container is not the right amount for one person to detox and that I had to buy another one....

Many years ago I tried the Takara patch and was amazed. I went online to see if they sold it and saw this product similar to Takara patch. The price was good so I tried it. I'm happy to say I am so impressed even more! The patch comes individually wrapped with the adhesive already attached and even has wipes available. When you removed the patch you can see it has worked. I am 67 yrs old and wake up sore and achy in the morning. When I woke up the first day after wearing the patch I felt incredible. Product received without packaging, defective - pads are hard , melted powder inside as if used, the alcohol pads are dried and dated 2020. Would like to return or have the product resent . Thanks

I've heard about this and I decided to try it. I have diabetes and sometimes, my feet really bother me. I felt that I had nothing to loose by trying this item. I have used it three times so far. All three times, I did not have foot pain awaken me during the night. Is this a coincidence, I do not know. I will continue to use the product. I am really quit surprised.

I Just started using them. I like having the cleaning cloth with them. Not sure that they work yet. There is black tarry stuff on them and it smells like charcoal when I remove them in the morning.I used the first package and have purchased them again. So I must be happy with my purchase.

I’ve been using these to detox y system for the past year. I usually wear them to detox(when I’m retaining a lot of liquid due to unhealthy eating). They help detox my body and help my feet with swelling from sodium intake and alcohol consumption. I’ve let my family try them when they’re out of balance with their diets and they all have given me great responses from the way they feel after using these pads. I order mine monthly. I need to have these stocked at all times.

Difficult to use (for me)

I love it!After traying this product for several days, I can say it is amazing. First, my mornings are difficult because I have R.A. In the mornings I have rigidity and inflammation in both hands. Now, after using this product I feel that it has helped to reduce my morning’s rigidity and inflammation. It might be hard to believe, but it is true. Second, this product comes with wipes to clean your feet after using the pads. With those wipes you solved the problem of sticky feet after using the pads. 100% recommend.
