The serving is 4 capsules per day= 30 day supply.I photographed side by side with Ultra Hers from the same vendor so you can compare ingredients. (They are similar, but the Ultra Hers adds vitamins.)I’m not sure why they call these “vanilla” because they are capsules and have no flavor.I have no adverse side effects with either of these and I have a very sensitive stomach. Will update if we become pregnant. My husband is also taking the Ultra His.

Me and my hubby are trying to have another baby and I found these pills and what’s neat is that they also have the for him pills which you rarely see and is great. I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and they are not hard to swallow and the flavor isn’t bad. Hopefully we have good news soon.

My SO’s sister has been doing fertility treatments and could not seem to produce follicles and the eggs they were retrieving would not take to sperm. She started the supplement six days before her third retrieval and ended up with 15 eggs and 6 viable embryos with no defects. It could have been having three rounds of fertility treatment and this is pure coincidence, but her initial ultrasound before supplements was 3 follicles. She also continued to take them after the retrieval and felt like she had significantly more energy.

So after trying for 3 months I purchased this and pro his for my spouse. My spouse wasn’t great about taking his but I took 4 pills a day and I was pregnant by day 28.

These say vanilla but they taste more like a slight plastic. I got the HIS ones for my husband so we are taking them together. There easy to swallow and hope it helps with our TTC journey.
