OtterBoxSymmetry Series Case for iPhone XR - Non-Retail Packaging - That Willow Do

It’s a lot prettier in person that in the pics. Does the job of protecting my phone in a fashionable way :)

Gets the job done and is exactly what I was expecting. Only downside was because of how they package the case partially opened- the air discolored the rubber/plastic on the edges so it looks yellowish instead of clear.

This phone case is very cute, very glittery and gives off an awesome unicorn vibe. BUT, it was really difficult to get on, I really thought I might crack my phone jamming it in there. It might've helped if I had worked on getting the case more flexible ahead of time, so I would suggest that you do that before you wedge your phone into it. I've had it for about 10 days now, and I'm constantly using my phones, and still the side buttons are kind of a pain to press, they're not very flexible plastic so they need a lot more pressure than should be necessary. The redeeming factor, is that the lip comes up high enough that if I drop my phone facedown, it will hit the phone case, not the screen, or the glass screen protector - a non-negotiable plus for me!

I purchased this case on Oct 11. Within 2 weeks, cracks appeared from the side, originating from the side seam. Since then, mini cracks are all around. This is just with normal use, no significant drops. I did remove the case after I first noticed the cracks to inspect the case, which required a bit of force. It was very difficult to remove. The mini cracks could be from that, but shouldn’t have been if so. Never had issues with otterbox before. I wish I could return it, but no longer have original packaging…

I feel like although this case is durable, Otterbox has really gone more minimalist with their cases. My previous one seemed to be more "heavy duty" however they don't carry that type for the Iphone XR. The image is a little deceiving in the picture. Its just basically brown and sparkly. I doesn't look like a "faux" wood or anything. Haven't had any problems with it but i don't think i'd pay the expensive Otterbox prices again for this model.

The 8 year old owner loves her new iPhone case. It adds protect to her phone as young ones can be careless at times. She’s dropped her phone numerous times but the case prevents damage to the phone. And she loves the look.

Tough to slip on my phone. Tight fit. Easy to grip and doesn't slide out of my hand. I like this case.

Great product. Partially see though (translucent) which is what my wife was looking for. Small amount of sparkle/glitter gave it that extra uomf to be the best case she has. Otter as well. Can’t go wrong

Already yellowed around the front edge, right out of the box. Not impressed.Not sure if it has been used or just old stock.
