Replaced a contractor Moen - WOW! what a difference!
I've wanted to replace our original Moen kitchen faucet for a while. It had a lifetime warranty and I've replaced pretty much every part at least one or more times over the last 18-19 years. I finally wore my wife down and she agreed to let me go with this one. Every aspect of this faucet is quality!!! And it looks great. My wife couldn't be happier and me too.

Don't recommend!
If I could give it a zero stars I would!! The sprayer head broke really fast, then we got new one with the warranty, and we stopped using the spray option completely, so it will live long, but guess what? After 6 months it broke again, even without us touching the spray oprion, or pressing it once! I do not recommend that product, worst faucet there is!

This faucet is the Mercedes Benz of faucets...
This is a great faucet with a smooth finish over the chrome plate.... Control operates very smoothly... the flow from the spout is a solid non-splashing stream..... zero bubbles !

Missing 90% parts
I ordered the faucet and this is all I received. What a scam.

Works well. Nice fit and finish.
Replacement for 12 year old Grohe kitchen faucet. It fit perfectly into the original configuration and is well made. It works as advertised, and the design is both elegant and functional.

According to the plumbing professional that installed the faucet, the item was used and had been returned for replacement by previous owner. No instructions. Scratches on surface of faucet. Elected to keep item rather than incur more labor expenses for another installation.

Looked great for a couple of months. Now the sprayer won’t stay in place and looks sloppy. Maybe my product was just defective. Very disappointed.
