Out of the box the charger feels solid and sturdy. I didn't feel like it was cheaply made like some of the reviews for similar products from other brands. I tried the fast charging against the stock fast charger that came with my Note 9, and it was absolutely on par. My phone has a silicone case on it, and the charger worked without issue. My watch got a little warm, but definitely not hot, and charged quickly as well. My only complaint would be that it was a little hard to position my Active Watch 2 (44mm) on the charging pad. It slid around a bit, and if it was not in the middle exactly, it wasn't charging. Not really a huge issue, but if you bump it off-center by accident, you might not notice that it stopped charging. For bigger watches with a flatter back, I think this would not be an issue since there is a rubber barrier that would prevent sliding - the active is just too small to be held in place by that barrier. Overall - super nice, great first impression. Can't ding it for any of the small things because it was $50 cheaper than the Samsung version, and a lot more versatile (given that it can act as two separate chargers).

This is a great charger set! The phone charger works perfectly! Just drop the phone down, and there you go. Fast charging with no issues. You don't have to take your case off either! But that depends.... They mention the thickness limitations. So it might not work if you have a super thick case. My only issue is the watch charge port. You have to be super precise placing the watch on it in order for it to charge. I'm getting better at it, but it's still very sensitive. If I move the watch at all, it won't charge. But, over all, it's a great great great charger set!

On the plus side the stand can charge my phone even thorough the thick case I have. I have tried several other wireless chargers that couldn't do that and any convenience that comes from wireless charging would be lost if I had to take off my case each time. Since it sits on my nightstand I also like the fact that the charging light isn't glaringly bright or flashing at me in a dark room when I'm trying to sleep. It would be nice if the stand could fold for traveling like some others, but that's not a big issue. The one problem that I have with it is that it's hard to get my Samsung watch perfectly centered on the pad to where it will charge, particularly if I'm trying to do this in a dark room. Once I do it's stops charging if I bump the stand at all. The original Samsung charger has a magnet in it to keep the watch centered and make charging easy. This charging pad could really use one.

This sits on my husbands night stand and he uses daily. It charges his iPhone and ear pods and he stands his phone on it nightly to watch his shows or movies before bed. Sometimes he takes it to his work desk to stand his phone while he works or has a conference call. He really likes it and finds it useful. Easy to use, simple and straightforward. Sleek and clean. All for a fraction of what AT&T wanted to charge him for something much less useful!

I have a Galaxy S8, a Galaxy Watch Active, and Galaxy Buds (yeah. I know. I'm a bit brand loyal.) and this charges them all perfectly. There isn't a magnetic guide on the circle charging part, but it's easy enough to align yourself. None of my electronics get hotter than they normally do while charging with their orginal chargers. It continues fast charging my phone when I am charging something on the other dock. The only downside is the light is too bright for me if I have things charging at night. But it's easy enough to put something in front of the light to block it out.

I like the upright phone charger portion of this but my Galaxy watch keeps getting overheated and I can't even put it on or I'd get burned. If I don't have the watch in the exact right spot, the light just blinks and the watch won't charge. Even when I get it in the exact right spot and it starts charging, I have to set up the band upright so the watch part is laying totally flat on the charger. Sometimes, I'll come back and it's not charging anymore. I am buying an OEM Samsung charger. What a waste. I don't think this is fast charging either.

I use this thing at work and it's absolutely wonderful. People say this thing feels cheap and I highly disagree. It feels like quality, at least the one that I got shipped with. The second charger is great for my headphones that support qi charging. The primary charger works flawlessly with my phone and fast charges. I haven't used this charger separately or split, but it's nice to have that feature if it were ever needed.
