Kolstein KR-021 Clean and Polish Kit

I purchased a 25yr old student cello which came with an assortment of scratches and dings. I’m going to have a luthier look at it, but decided I’d go ahead and clean it up, myself, anyway. If nothing else, I might save a few bucks and I know i’ll want to clean it from time to time. This cleaning kit was excellent and restored it to a beautiful shine. From a short distance, it looks brand new. Up close, it has filled in most superficial scratches and dings and greatly reduced the visibility of the gouges that removed some lacquer. Overall, it was well worth the purchase price.

Didn't clean...didn't polish...before and after looked exactly the same. Plain water mixed with a bit of prell dish washing liquid did a much better job.

The cleaner is amazing stuff for any wood finished instrument. Kolstein products are top notch.
