I bought this to use in a walk in shower, but the color didn’t quite match so I bought the gray one also, thinking I’d return this one. I like them so much I kept both! Was quick to assemble with eight included screws and a hex key.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. We placed this bench in our master bathroom and added some rolled towels to give it a lux look. Definitely a good buy.

My wife is handicapped so this helps her in the shower, very sturdy with a wonderful finish.

Love this bench. Well made, sturdy and beautiful. Worth every cent!

The bench is a beautiful, solid piece. It would have been a 5-star purchase if the top piece was not scarred and scuffed in 2 places. It is very noticeable. This was a gift for my mother. Disappointing that I have to repair it.

After days of searching for a shower chair for my husband to use after his hip replacement, I came across this bench. It's wider than most of the others, giving him plenty of room to sit. The slightly raised ends with the incorporated handles proved especially helpful with getting up.Putting it together was easier than most flat-pack furniture. And the feet didn't need adjustment when it was in the shower. Good quality teak beads up moisture.Once he's completely recovered, I'll use this bench next to our restored clawfoot tub. Gonna need a candle, audiobook, and glass of wine.

I am disabled but prefer this bench to the more institutional, orthopedic, shower benches (which are mostly plastic). The handles at the side are very handy for grasping during the shower, or positioning the bench before the shower. After a month of use, there are no problems. I am very tall and large, almost 250 pounds, and I have found the bench to be very stable. Be sure to adjust the bench using the leveling feet on the bottom if the bench is at all wobbly. The seller make a big difference in the end product, and I purchased mine through DecoTeak. There was a problem due to shipping, but following the directions of an enclosed set of instructions, I sent off an email to the manufacturer who responded immediately and quickly made things right, pointing above and beyond expectations.

Very well made which is why I kept this, but I ordered this dark one that the picture shows and received a light wood, otherwise it is very nice!
