A Keto and Fasting Friendly Way to Stay Alert and Focused
I ordered these to help me get through the day. These supplements really work for me! They give me a quick boost of energy that lasts for a few hours. I feel more alert and productive, without any jitters or crashes. I usually take one capsule in the morning and another one after lunch, and I can feel the difference. I think the reason why these supplements work so well for me is because I am on a ketogenic diet and I typically fast for 20 hours. This means that my body is using fat as fuel and I need extra B vitamins to help with the energy production. I noticed that some other reviews said that these supplements don’t work, but maybe they have different diets or lifestyles that affect their results. The only thing I have to be careful about is not taking them too late in the day, because they can interfere with my sleep. I learned that the hard way when I took one at 4 pm and had trouble falling asleep until midnight. So I try to avoid taking them after 3 pm, or at least six hours before bedtime.

Works great, no "hangover"
Remember those caffeine pills we all took back in the day to get through high school or college exams that made you feel horrible afterwards? Well, these supplements are the exact opposite of that! These give you fantastic energy without dragging you down when they wear off. They didn't bother my stomach, nor did they meet me feel too "amped up". It also didn't give me a headache when it wore off. I think this is a really great product.

Good Moderate energy booster
The active ingredients indicates that this has 100mg of caffeine standard for caffeine only tablets is 200mg. This has multiple other supplements in the ingredients. So one capsule is about the equivalent of a half cup of coffee or 2 cups of tea with the caffeine ingredient alone. In my experiences, this combo works for my purposes after lunch but its not enough of a boost in the morning with just a single capsule. I’m very happy with it.
