Got a great deal on the bags. They work fantastic. They keep our meat and veggies fresh in the deep freezer. No issues with freezer burn when using these bags. Best decision to start using the foodsaver!

I was given a FoodSaver machine a while back, and for a time had not used it. Then i had the opportunity to get a deal on some fresh wild seafood, and thought that this would be a good chance to try and test the product. While I tried some of the cut and seal bags, I really enjoyed using the quart bags. I could cut the seafood into serving size and seal one or two pieces in each quart bag. As recommended, I used a small piece of paper towel in front of the vacuum vent. I was able to really get a good vacuum seal on each portion and once frozen, the portions kept with absolutely no freezer burn. I have since used the machine and the bags for just about everything. Both for freezing and in the fridge. Cheeses, deli meat, fresh cut meats, and even some vegetables. The zip bags, if cleaned and handled carefully, can be used several times. The more times that I use them, the better the value. When they no longer hold a vacuum, I do not feel bad about throwing them out. I highly recommend.

This is a lot of bags for around 30$ same as the ones at walmart but they are fraction of the price per bag. Great thing about this system is you can open bag get one of something and re-vacuum and put back in freezer.. we love them

Work well

It's a shame that they don't sell these in smaller quatities. It's a hefty cost for plastic bags. However, the do work well and I find them to be reuseable.

I used these last night with my hand held. Took the air out and then set them on the counter to test. Sure enough, they stayed sealed and are 4 oz chicken breast popsicles today! It is "my" opinion the reason some say they leak is because they just aren't sealing the zippers well enough. They aren't little zip lock bags. These bags have SERIOUS locking abilities! IF you aren't strong enough to seal them by hand, break out the rolling pin!

Les produits FoodSaver sont très bien sauf que les prix est toujours trop élevés. Cependant c'est un peu moins dispendieux qu'ailleurs avec Amazon. Mais... Prix quand-même élevé.

They are expensive, but there also reusable .Easy to use and work flawlessly.
