Does it what its supposed to do. Keep hair super straight. Even work well with straight wigs

I received a sample of these products in my Walmart Besuty Box and I loved it! I have thick, coarse, bleached hair and I get the helmet head look on the first day after washing my hair. I always like my hair much better on the 2nd day after washing. With this product, I do not get the helmet head look on the first day and I love that plus I only have to do minimal flat ironing (mostly my bangs and a little on the sides). I tried to find it in the stores but could only find the shampoo/conditioner but not the pretreatment, which I feel is really necessary to get the full effect. I just ordered all of them from Amazon and can't wait until I receive them. I think you'll be really pleased with these products!

These products works great for relaxed hair. My hair feels softer and stronger.

I am not sure why people have been giving this line bad reviews. Perhaps they should take the time to read the description. This shampoo/ Conditioner combo isn't going to straighten your hair for you. This is a set up for BEFORE you straighten your hair with a flat iron or hair dryer afterwards. After rinsing the shampoo out, I noticed right away that my hair felt rough. Next, I used the pre-conditioner and noticed immediately that my hair felt smooth. You only have to leave it in for a minute. Rinse then add the conditioner. Now this made my hair feel softer. I left this in for three minutes. Rinse your hair with the coolest water you can handle. I don't use heat on my hair except maybe once or twice a year when I have to. I live in Florida, it's too hot to mess around with heat tools before going out into the heat. I have thick wavy hair (Asian American) that I color once or twice a year. Lately, it's been raining like crazy so I have been dealing with frizz. I used this in the afternoon with no intention of using any tools until the next morning. I noticed that my hair felt soft, really soft and it wasn't as wavy as it normally is. My husband noticed too. He kept smoothing his hand over my hair while we watched a movie together. This isn't something he normally does. At least not this much. He even asked why my hair felt so silky. The next morning, I used a flat iron on my hair and it didn't take much to smooth it out after a night's rest. Throughout the day, I didn't notice the humidity bothering it as much as normal. I actually caught myself checking out my hair in the mirror more than normal. Now it's the next morning after and I haven't washed my hair yet and it still feels smooth and soft. My hair is past my shoulders and normally in the morning I can twist my hair into a bun and tuck the ends under and it will hold itself in place without a hair tie. Not since using this... it's so smooth after a few minutes my hair will slip loose and fall over my shoulders. So I had to use a hair tie to keep it in place. I also normally notice that L'oreal perfumes a lot of their products to the point where it almost bothers me (I find the fragrance in their face creams bother me most.) However, the scent of this hair care isn't noticeable.
