This is a great iPad case for younger children. Right out of the box, I did have some issues figuring out how to put the iPad in (but realized its completely my fault). Theres a slit in the back of the case, you need to REMOVE the black plastic thats inside, the slide your iPad in. Once the black plastic is out, there should be very little resistance getting the iPad in.As for functionality, I've had no issues. The cut out for the power plug is perfectly fine, no problems plugging it to charge at all. Stays put. Same for the volume. The power button on the top IS covered, but I had no issue finding it and with a slightly forceful push it works just fine. definitely would not make or break the purchase for me. The stand also works perfectly, its very stable and does not tilt or fall over at all. Stands perfectly fine, even when my 3 year old presses things on the screen it still stays still.I would definitely recommend this case, especially for toddlers. They can easily carry it with the handle, it's nice & soft but also durable. The stand is a must have feature for us on an iPad case, and for the price it's perfect.

Got a blue one and pink ones for kids presents. This things are great! Its a snug fit/slight challenge at first to get them in, but all the buttons are reachable, the handle as a stand is great. The hard foam is plenty thick, I think this thing would protect from a corner or back drop off the bead fine. Combined with a nice impact resistant screen cover, these things should take anything our kids can throw at them (whatever the thing hits if they trip with or drop them.. As for really needing a screen protector, the screen itself is recessed into the protector at least 1/4" so a drop on a floor or flat surface would really be no issue for this thing.. I more suggest a screen protector if you worry about drops onto the corner or toy on floor. :-)It took a few seconds to get used to the cover over the 30 pin connector of the ipad 2 they're meant to project, but the cover itself should keep nasty stuff out of that connector.. One thought is that that connector cover might be the first thing to wear and break, BUT even IF it does, would not detract from the overall protection of the kiddies used iPad 2s..Personally, I spent a couple hours using it myself and I believe if you personally like to read on the ipad in bed, its far less expensive and at least as protective as anything $$$ out there. Laying in bed with it on my chest, the handle actually raised it above my cheast about 3+ inches, putting it a good viewing range and adds almost no weight and is a soft feel while resting there. Now just need it in a more manly color. :-)I highly recommend and well worth the low price.

My daughter has an Ipad 2. This was courtesy of me getting her Ipad Mini stolen (which I still get upset about when I think about it). I first gave her my Ipad 2, it had an Otterbox on it. Although the Otterbox held up real well with her use, I needed something that would help her carry it more easily as well as look more kiddie than adult. When I saw this, I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it out. So I ordered it. It has been a couple of weeks since Christmas, and I can say this is a Great Buy!!! I love that I can easily take the Ipad 2 out when needed and slide it back it. It has also helped my daughter tremendously with carrying it. The buttons are somewhat easy to get to (only the off and on button is the hardest to get to unless you stick your finger in at an angle). It also has different positions she loves using (especially the stand up position). The one area that I least like is the stand up position. At this position, it sits more at a forward angle than straight up which at times makes the Ipad 2 fall forward. However, I usually place something on it at the bottom to make it stay up. Something like that is not a deal breaker for me. It has protected the Ipad 2 which is what her father and I wanted. Plus she loves so I love it.

Purchased this because daughter (age 3)accidentally dropped Ipad and cracked screen before. Repaired screen and put this guy on and it seems to work great so far. Its very lightweight, and provides plenty of protection. Have not dropped it yet and dont plan to but I think it would provide enough protection in a drop to avoid damage.Only thing I would improve is the openings for the controls for volume, power, etc. you really have to get in there to get to them. A little more space in the opening would have made a difference.Otherwise, I would recommend.

This is one of the best kids cases I have ever used for an iPad. Installation was a breeze, and the fit and function of this is spectacular. The simple design, yet great function of this case is great. My daughter carries it around by the integrated handle, and I have no worries of it being broken. It has even taken a couple of drops to the tile from a few feet off the ground, without even a blemish. If you have a young child, and want to entertain them with a tablet, this is the case for you. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. The built-in stand is very functional, and the fact that it doubles as a briefcase-style handle is a huge bonus.

We bought this cover for my 7 yr old daughters ipad2. She is nonverbal (Autism) and is very rough with her ipad but it goes everywhere with us. She loves the stand options for it and especially loves the handle. Its very durable. The material is like nerf material. The ipad slides thru an opening in the back and sits very snugly in the case. She hasnt tried to get it out yet but I dont think she would be able to if she tried. There is no screen protector its just what you see in pink (or whatever color you choose)

This is great, I wish the opening for the charger was easier to access as my kids have trashed many chargers trying to get them plugged in.Same thing for headphones, we have one set that has an L-shaped plug in- I had to cut the case to accommodate the headphone plug.Otherwise it’s a great protector and love the carrying handle.Put a screen protector on tho! My child dropped it and screen cracked. Again. Ugh.

Ma fille a 3 ans et il fallait une coque qui protège bien son ipad. Celle-ci correspond tout à fait à mes attentes pour le moment. Avec la poignée elle se déplace facilement avec. Prendre des photos ou brancher l'ipad pour le charger n'est pas un soucis, les trous sont bien placés au bon endroit. La coque est un peu difficile à enfiler mais au moins l'ipad ne flotte pas dedans!

I have a 9 year old and a 1 year old at home and could not have got a better case to protect the ipad from my toddler. He can conveniently carry the ipad around thanks to the handle. The sturdy case lets the ipad survive even if he bangs it around, which he does quite often. So if you have kids at home this case is a MUST.
