Good Night, Spot Board book – September 9, 2004

This is a very small book, but my 22 month old loves it. It's just the right size for her to handle. She loves the story line to. It's really cute. We love all Spot books really.

The Spot books are the best! This one is actually quite small - fits in the palm of my hand, but good for little hands. Story and illustrations are as you'd expect from Eric Hill. Adorable and brief.

I bought this thinking it was a lift the flap book like Spot books usually are but it’s not. The baby still loves it though, guess he just likes Spot!

This is a cute book. I like the simple illustrations but the story is very simple - I think my daughter is more interested in pointing out the dog than listening to this story.

My daughter loves spot books and this one we purchased to add to her collection. She enjoys the story very much. I just wish they had more of the 'lift the flap' spot books. Those are more fun for my two kids.

Our children loved the one Spot book they had as kids (Goodnight, Spot!), and then our grandchildren loved the ones they had, and now our great grands and great nephew love them. They are very sturdy, colorful, and interesting!

These books are my childhood memories and I wanted my baby boy to know , as I read them to him and he love them just like I do.

This very small edition. I ordered it with Spots First Walk and I assumed they were all the same size. I was very surprised when I opened the box. If you look in the fine print and find the size, this is 4.7 x 0.4 x 4.8 inches. The other Spot book is 6.1 x 0.6 x 6.3 inches. It doesn't look like it would make that much of a difference, but it is much smaller, a little more than a quarter of the size. When I looked on the back I saw that it is called a "Little Spot Board Book". I have attached a photo.I am buying it as a gift for a 2 year old, so the smaller size may be easier to hold. But I think it is important to understand what you are buying.Also, this book does not have flaps like Spots First Walk and some of the other Spot books.Since you cannot see much of the inside of the book, this is all of the text in the book. Each line is a separate page with a cute Spot illustration:Spot has had a very busy day.Now he is ready for bed.Spot loves his bathand his soft cozy towel.Spot chooses a favorite bookfor a bedtime story.Good night Spot.

My Daughter (20 months) likes to "read" in her crib while I read her last book or two to her so she settles in her bed. Sometimes she drifts off with the book, or keeps it with her after I leave the room, it's nice that this book is small enough that she can hold it in her crib on her own.

Durable enough to be handled by toddlers. Entertaining participatory story. Well suited to bedtime reading.

Its just Okay! Nothing fascinating. Ordered this for my 1.5 year old boy. It's really short with few words. Doesn't worth Rs300/-
