Well made, user friendly, similar to photoshop design
I was a little concerned bc I bought this outside of its original box from Amazon warehouse deals, but it works great!! My son and I played pictionary and free drawing with it. It's a really well thought out concept. It has the touch pen attached by a wire that clicks into the pad for portability and so it doesn't get damaged or lost. It has the same 4 button key pad as the hand held controllers for Xbox. The part that I was impressed by is how user friendly and intuitive it is. You can draw as well as tap or double tap with the pen on the pad and the screen moves higher or lower with your drawing so that you don't run out of space bc your pad is smaller than the screen. The unit is made of plastic and is very durable for children. The pad itself is a rubberized plastic so it's a bit softer so there's some drag on the stylus pen so you feel like you're drawing and not sliding all over the place. Where you place the pen is where it shows up on the screen so there's no lag. Depending upon the disc you are playing, you can change the colors, the tools (brush, pen, pencil, spray) as well as the brush sizes. There are also tools for making shapes similar to photoshop. In fact, the system is designed a lot like photoshop so it's a great introduction for young artists as well as a fun game for adults! ENJOY!!

Great family toy
We have used this to play pictionary without the actual pictionary games but rather our own ideas. The built in games that we have tried work great but I would definitely purchase the protective case if you purchase the tablet. Ours is being stored in the box it came in until we get the case as I can see this would get damaged or misplaced very easily. The color wheels could have more color options in each wheel than there is as it takes longer to change colors by having to open different screens to find more colors than the 6 on the selected wheel. Over all we love it. Hopefully in the future they will develope more games that can be used with it.

Great started for kid/adult tablet drawing.
I purchased this for myself, 27 years old, as an intro into tablet drawing. The game is basic and teaches you the fundamentals. Great for kids or adults who like to doodle and create their own artworks. The touchpad works perfectly, I never had an issue with it.The only thing I didn't like was that the interface for the game looked cheap and in this day and age high quality graphics are almost a must but it served my needs. I recommend it if you're looking for a simple and fun intro into the world of tablet drawing.

Confusing Set Up! Please Read!
This is probably the worse instructed electrical componet that I ever purchased. Sorry to say I may not be a real electroic sovey guy, but thought I was smart enough to look at a pictured instruction. (But I wasn't) After being frustrated for 1 hour trying to set up the tablet with the inclosed BRIEF picture instruction, I decided to send this udraw tablet back. Instructions SUCK! BUT...thanks to the internet and "YouTube" I figured it out with some help. If you have problems with this tablet set up. go to "'you tube" if my brief hint doesn't help before sending it back."When getting to step(4) it " IS NOT" the round silver power button that you need to push as the picture seems to show, but it is the small black button on the lower right side of the silver power button If unit is sitting horizontal) that you need to push. After you push that black button the rest of the pictures will get you through the rest of the set up. You would think after all of the complaints that I read about the udraw, someone would has fixed the instructions by now..

Great game worth it
Fun, awsome and great for kids. With the array of things you can do in the game from connect the dots to number coloring to mini games to just your basic drawing this if definetly a fun game to get. If you love drawing and earning achievements doing it this game is just for you. The greatest thing about this that i love so much if the ability to make your own color pallets which gives you the artist a large range of colors and shades to work with. If you just starting out and worry you will have difficulty wih this the wonderful art lessons are a sure why to learn quickly what to do and how to make your beautiful artwork. The only this about this is if your big on achievement you can easier get most if not all of them in one sitdown session but with the magnitude of different coloring pages and more you will spend hours drawing, coloring or just having fun with the mini games.

tablet worked fine with Xbox menu but not with the Instant artist game it comes with
I purchased this just so kids could have one with the Xbox as we already have one for the Wii and they like it. I got the tablet for the Xbox to sync just fine (not sure why it seems many are having issues. The instructions were pretty clear). Tablet navigated through the Xbox just fine. All buttons worked. However, once we put the Instant Artist game it comes with when it says PRESS A TO START...the tablet does nothing. We can't get passed the start up screen. Very disappointed. I literally just got this today and I have 3 upset kids. But thankfully Amazon is great with returns. After explaining the issues they are going to refund my money. Very grateful Amazon!! Not sure if its a problem others have had but this was certainly an odd problem we encountered.

Cool accessory- learning curve- wish I could draw
Tricky syncing draw tablet to XBox360 console. Thank god for YouTube. There is a very small button just below and to left of the connection ring. Push that one and hold down the button on back of pad until the console recognizes it. Once done never had to be done again.Bit of a learning curve. I wish I could draw more than stick figures. Great teaching tutorials and mini games to teach kids to use the tablet. Recently discovered the tablet can also be used on home desktop pc. Google or YouTube where to find necessary drivers for your pc. Once configured you do not need the game disc to use tablet on P.C.The best $15.00 I’ve ever spent.
