Televes149381 V Zenit Mix Hi VHF/UHF HDTV Antenna with LTE Filtering

This is a well engineered and constructed antenna that provides great value and performance. I am pulling in 66 channels in the Buffalo, NY metropolitan area this all with an attic installation. Highly recommend!

This antenna improved my reception on the one local channel I could rarely receive. I now get the CBS local channel about 50% of the time. I’m only about 35 miles from the broadcast tower, but it is a weaker signal than the other local stations. I’m disappointed in the performance of this $100+ antenna.Would not recommend this antenna.

I am 40 miles from the transmitters with some trees but no mountains between my antenna location and TV broadcast towers. This did fine with the UHF Channels, but in Houston, Channels 11 (CBS) and 8 (PBS) are still VHF and this thing didn't even get a pixelated picture.Most people don't know that many of the channels are now UHF, even though the virtual channel appears to be VHF. But in Houston, two major networks never switched and you need a different type of antenna for those. I thought this one would be it, but sadly, no.

Located in a less than desirable above sea level location with lots of terrain surrounding the house.Installed in the attic level 25-30 feet AGL, easily able to pull in multiple stations from Boston-Providence and beyond (58 signals). Added a channel master pre-amp and distribution amp. not really needed, but it will improve gain and smooth out signal loss during weather issues.(added 20 signals).

Took me a while to decipher the graphic assembly instructions, but eventually it made sense.Mounted on a fiberglass pole attached to the chimney, about 30' high.Excellent signal quality, 90+ stations found.

The instructions on how to assemble are terrible.

Antenna is well made and worked great. Use photos on box to help with assembly.
