I've used this product several times in the past. It's a good ratio and aids with recovery and soreness. I usually take 4 with my pre workout and 4 with my post workout shake. I train fasted so the BCAA's help defend against muscle breakdown as well. As long as the price is about .50-.55c a day I will keep using.

This is my second time ordering this product but the first time ordering it from this company. When the product arrived to me, the safety seal had been removed. As a result, I did not feel comfortable consuming the pills and started the process of returning the product. I received an email regarding my experience as I do with all my Amazon orders. I responded exactly as stated above. Chantelle with OHO called me twice and left two messages. She immediately apologized and offered to correct the matter. In her second voicemail, she advised me that she would be sending me out a new bottle immediately via express mail with a return label to return my previously purchased bottle. Needless to say, I was very impressed. By the time I was able to return her call today, she had already mailed the product to me. This may seem small to many of you but customer service means everything to me. I will definitely order from this company again as it is clear to me they value their customers. Okay first off the product is what it is and it works just fine. BUT the serving size to get the 3:1:2 ratio is EIGHT TABLETS. now idk about you guys but i would hate to have to swallow eight of these just before a workout. Now if you already bought the product, i have a solution. simply open 8 tablets and add then to a glass of water, PWO or whatever you want really and i find it to be much easier then downing 8 of these tablets.

コロナの影響で、家での筋トレにハマり購入してみました。カプセル状なので飲みやすいです。匂いは蓋開けるとしますが、そこまで気にならない程度。筋トレと併用しながら飲み続けて2、3ヶ月。これを飲みはじめてから筋肉痛も改善し、今まで30分が限界だった筋トレも1時間持続してできるようになるほど、運動効率も上がりました。おかげで、自粛生活にもかかわらず、(プロテインの効果もあるとおもいますが)筋トレ以外の運動や食事制限もせずに体脂肪率が-6%,体重も8キロ減りました。この調子でゆるゆると頑張ろうと思います。

中には透明なカプセルに入ったBCAAが入っています ロイシンも高含有でなかなか優秀です 基本的に一回の規定量を摂るには8錠飲まないといけません カプセルがちょっと大きいので一気には辛いので、自分はトレーニング前に4錠、寝る前に4錠飲んでいます 筋肉の回復もいい感じだし、結構オススメです

マッスルファームのBCAAは成分がいい！ただカプセルがでかすぎるので、錠剤を飲み込むのが苦手な人は粉状のものを購入した方が良いかも。
