Pressure Washer, 1900 Max PSI Electric Power Washer, 1.75 Max GPM (Campbell Hausfeld PW183501AV)

Worked great the first day I used it. After that it wouldn't work at all. I was denied the courtesy of returning this product by the seller because it was 31 days after I received it. This was the case even though the seller emailed me that they would be sending me a return shipping label, then made me wait 2 weeks for it. They never sent it. After waiting that long I contacted them only to be told that they decided they would not honor their agreement. Meanwhile, Amazon refused to help despite numerous attempts to have them honor their 90 day satisfaction guarantee. So now I feared that I lost the full purchase price. I will never buy a product from this seller again and recomment that you do not either.As an update...since the seller would not take a return as promised, I contacted the manufacturer directly. They promptly responded and told me they would replace the unit in a few days. I will let you know if I receive it and update this review after its receipt. Meanwhile, for their efforts, 5 stars for the manufacturer.2nd update...I received the replacement unit from the manufacturer. After a few days I took it out and set it up to test it. The same thing happened. It turned on for a second, then shut off again and would not turn on again. I checked the connections, the outlet (even changed outlets), checked the water supply...everything was in order except this unit. Frustrated, I contacted the manufacturer again and their rep, Marcia, suggested I check for clogs (among other things). I didn't expect this to work since the unit was brand new so how would it get clogged? But I checked anyway and actually found that the new sprayer nozzel had a clog in it. After unsuccessfully trying to clean it with a needle I decided to use the old sprayer nozzel. It worked. I now have a working unit thanks to the manufacturer's perisistence in trying to remedy my problem. Because of the manufacturer's courtesy and the fact the the power washer seems to work well, I have upgraded my review to 4 stars. Meanwhile, the old unit is in the trash...but at least the manufacturer gave me 100% support. If you buy this product, I recommend that you buy it directly through the manufacturer's website.

This unit works well but my main concern is that it is so top heavy that it always falls down whenever I move. The hoses are very stiff and they seem to play a part in it's instability. It seems like it can take a fall here and there but the hose hookups are right there on the bottom front and I worry that they will break soon. My son usually mans the unit while I clean the house. It works very well, but I had to mark it down because mine always falls over

To start, the hose reel started leaking and got to the point it would not stop running. I called customer service for a new part, but they don't make that part? They sent me a new hose reel, I've installed it but have not tested it yet. Hopefully it works ok. The other problem with this unit is with the hose reel, it makes it top heavy, so if you tug on the hose a little it tips over. They have the same unit without the reel that would work better without tipping over.

This power washer has good power. It arrived sooner than expected. However when pulling out the spray hose, it can be very tippy. You need to prop it up so you don't pull it over. Other than that, it performs very well. I think the manufacturer should, either re-design the hose, or add something to the bottom of the unit so that it doesn' t tip over.

I have used this pressure washer twice. It works very well. Not a high powered gas operated machine, but it easily cleaned my driveway and walkway. I recommend this machine for people who have light duty cleaning and don't want to mess with gas cans, oil changes and spark plugs.

Pressure and pressure variability inferior to older Karcher unit, but adequate for normal use. Top heavy, wheels work, but resistant to rolling, a surprise.
