Expensive and doesn’t last long
We are on our 4th Grohe kitchen faucet, it is expensive and has to be replaced in entirety…our problem with 3 we have had so far has been the leak at the junction of extension tube and piece of faucet that the tube is attached to - almost identical issue with all 3. Warranty is very limited and not something you can rely on, very difficult to talk to the folks at Grohe America….not like Moen very easy to work with for replacement…..

Solid as a rock, reliable and cool to use
I did a lot of research before choosing this faucet, although I'd purchased a similar one about 12 years ago in another home., and I wanted to see whether any other manufacturers have produced better products since I purchased my first Grohe. From my perspective, Grohe beat all others out, has been exceptionally reliable, the removable sprayer is awesome, the material does not stain like other stainless steel, it performs just as you would expect. It's not the cheapest faucet in town, but I doing side-by-side analyses on very many manufacturers and models, this one comes out on top.

More flow please
This is the third one of these I have bought, the others were left behind when we moved. Not this time!Only complaint is that there is a flow restrictor in there that, even when set wide open, limits the pressure too much.

Expected stainless not plastic hose
Very expensive and has plastic hose vs stainless.

Piece of expensive junk!
When this was installed in Dec. 2016, the pullout would not stay in place. A less than honest plumber who installed it put an extra weight on it, unbeknownst to me. Less than a year later it has begun to leak like a sieve. It began out of the blue when we weren’t home resulting in a massive flood that destroyed a major section of hardwood flooring in our kitchen. We did not discover where/why it was leaking until a second incident when I was home, caught most of the water in a pail, and a reliable plumber found the problem. It is inside the housing and cannot be repaired. The plumber told me that products such as this that are sold by Amazon and the big box stores are not made the way the ones from a reliable plumbing supply house are and that most of them are no better than knockoffs. Last time I buy plumbing supplies on Amazon. I quit buying such at the big box stores years ago, but had no idea Amazon was guilty of the same thing.

Beware that it is difficult or impossible to remove handle when cartridge needs replacing
This is a tough review to write. But you can verify what I am saying by searching the web. Grohe has a "cartridge" system which on the surface is great. The problem is they have designed this model (not sure of others) with a little hex nut deep within the handle that gets completely locked in place over time. I just got off the phone with Grohe and in order for me to replace the cartridge, I will need to drill out the hex screw which requires that I then buy and have a new handle as well. They say they have no plans to improve this design, so buyer beware. Too bad as I really like the cartridge concept, but if you can't replace it then what good is that design? Two star good.

Poor Product
I had this faucet installed in October 2016, and by May 2017 I had to have it replaced due to leaking from the internal structure. Not a quality product.

The spray button now stays on and is great.
Really classy unit but flow is lower than expected. The spray button now stays on and is great.
