The best ones in rubber grips.. A little pricey but worth it if you are serious about training a bit of forearms grip. The material is ultra thick and will only cut if u use a hacksaw😏 The inner hole is a bit small but should fit most of the typical dumbells in the gyms.

Ordered it for my 7 yr old to use on a pullup bar but he found the grip too broad. But other than that it's very good

Really fat grip, doesn’t fit my pull up bar well. And gives an uncomfortable grip as it’s very fat. It’s a non returnable item so I cannot return it. And it’s of no use.
