So far so good. Just got this unit and I'm not all that familiar with motors, but I'm putting it together and figuring it out. I'm going to have to read the entire manual just to familiarize myself with motors. But it's pretty simple so far. It seems to be made really well and it has that Honda motor so I'm expecting some long time use out of it! UPDATE: everything works well except the situation they've contrived to hold the handle. It's ridiculous. The handle will not stay put no matter what you do. It just wobbles and teeter totters. I don't like that part at all.

This pressure washer is a class above because of the solid Honda engine and durable pump with oil-filled crank case. The power is exceptional. A solid life-time purchase. The three or four cheaper pressure washers I had before, had short life spans. I'm confident this would have out lasted the combined service periods of the others and been cheaper in the long run!

Started on very first pull, used for six hours the first day with amazing results. Unfortunately the trigger wand broke right out of the box, but the customer service was out of this world and got one sent to me with very little hassle. Very impressed by the product, can’t beat the Honda engine, and also impressed by the company’s customer service, real people answered within two minutes. You don’t find companies like this anymore!

This Simpson pressure washer is an excellent investment for anyone who wants professional-grade power and looking for reliable, daily-use machines. Unit was delivered in good condition. Instructions are fairly good, but because the Honda GX 200 engine has two oil caps (one with a dipstick and one without) it’s a little confusing as to which one you are to utilize for adding oil to prior to starting the engine. It would remove confusion if this was noted in the instruction manual. Other than that, it’s very easy to set the unit up. It also appears well constructed. It’s also not fully clear from the instruction manual how to service the pump as far as changing the oil even though there is a reference to changing the oil after the first 10 hours of use. I will update my review after I’ve spent some time using the unit. Update: Used unit for 6 hours or so and it starts on first pull and performs really well. A correction to my earlier comment about servicing the pump: it is indicated on the pump in very small type that you change the oil every 100 hours; not 10 hours as I stated in my initial review. However, I still had to do additional searching on the pump to find information on servicing as well as the oil that is used for it. Simpson sells the oil. I bought some at Tractor Supply Company.
