The old battery had made the job easier by blowing the back of the phone, but its still a fiddly job to undertake, especially freeing the old battery from its glue bed. Still, its done now, and the run time from the new battery is considerably better than before.

I'm not complaining as such but you'd expect a battery to last longer than 7 months, especially as an older user (67) I don't use it to watch videos or play games etc so am quite surprised to see it die every afternoon after very light use?It used to last a day at least but now it runs flat overnight.The guy who fitted it for me did say that although it was a 'new' battery but as it was for a older model he didn't think it would last the course.Ok it only cost me under £8 but the problem with replacing the battery on a S7 Edge is that the rear glass seldom comes away without breaking, as you can guess mine did so needed a replacement back which looks like I'll have to do again.Overall the battery was fine but looks like another battery and back for my S7, probably the curse of owning an older model!

Supplied promptly, fitted without problem, still going strong.

Sorry I did not use this product as I returned it as my phone had died completely. But the returns were very easy and great customer care.
