It is intended for a different use, but I use it as a peel. Transferring a raw loaf of bread from the rise board to the heated oven. Works great for this.

Beautiful, thick, sturdy, perfectly non-stick. I find that when I use this sheet to make cookies, I need to reduce the baking time by a minute or two...it conducts the heat so well that it's more efficient

Heats well and evenly. Things don't stick to the surface. I cooked a pizza on it and I cut the pizza with a rolling pizza cutter. That was a mistake. It scratched the surface. I was hoping it would have been tougher.

These sheets are quite heavy, they cook very evenly, what I like about it most is that it fits in my oven

Every Christmas and Easter we bust out a ton of cookies to give to neighbors and co-workers. I was tired of waiting for cookie trays to cool in between batch baking and so I searched and searched for the perfect cookie sheet, then I bought 8 of them. They are reserved just for cookie making, in order to preserve their condition. These sheets preform flawlessly. The size is terrific because it they large enough to fit the entire perimeter of our Sil-pads without any of the pad hanging off the edges. Other sheets I purchased from Target, Wal-mart, and Macy's all had to be returned because they weren't large enough.

got for my wife to replace another type that got destroyed on the grill. good size, cooks evenly

Was surprised to learn how heavy these are. Bought as a replacement for some worn ones. Perhaps better quality, durability but heavier to handle.
