Helps stabilize mood quite well. Unfortunately the price is never stable. Went up by $20 per bottle recently and hasn’t come back down. Also, sometimes the product can smell a bit and other times there is no odor; always a bit of a toss-up. Overall I highly recommend Q96 for how well it works. ~S.
