Repackage appropriatly
The Grohe product is a great product but this one came with its many parts loose in the box free to get damaged. It appears to have been installed and put back in the box with no concern for protecting the parts. 5 stars for the product and no stars for the person that sent it back unprotected.

Need to seat it with a few taps from a rubber mallet
Beautiful, shiny and smooth. Learned the square handle fits onto a plastic "sprocket" that doesn't want to slide on even with pressure from my 265 pound girth. Had to give it a few light taps with a mallet to seat it. Now I have a European look for my new rain shower head.

Delivery was fast and product was as advertised. The only thing with this is that its very small. The picture seems like its bigger then what it is. Make sure u pay attention to the dimensions before u buy.

There is no at screw so the knob comes off in your hand Every time you use it.... I don’t recommend buying this item

Its a smallish but beautiful looking trim and the spotless shine is very nice
Its a smallish but beautiful looking trim and the spotless shine is very nice. I purchased three of them and so together they work very well with the rest of hardware. However, the vendor, Grohe, is really screwing up. The main part, where the front knob attaches to the back valve is PLASTIC. You are supposed to push the front part to the back valve and the PLASTIC part snaps. Really Poor!!!For an expensive control such as this you'd think that they would make the most critical piece that really catches the two pieces together in brass. But nope!! I have had to search and may have to purchase a whole new control just so that I can use the PLASTIC part in the one that's already installed in our shower.

Sehr schön
Habe die Ventile gegen sehr alte eines unbekannten Herstellers ersetzt. Darum bin ich doch schon verwundert, dass 1 Stern wegen angeblicher Nicht-Kompatibilität vergeben wird. Besitzt man keine handwerklichen Fähigkeiten, sollte man eventuell besser davon absehen sich handwerklich zu versuchen.Wie dem auch sei. Ich musste die rechteckige Grohe Drehkappe entfernen und den darunter liegenden aus Kunststoff bestehenden Zahnkranz abschrauben und einfach auf den Metalltylinder des alten Oberbau schrauben, von dem ich zuvor den Kunststoffzahnkranz entfernte. Danach Zylinder wieder in die Wand schieben. Blende drüber, Ventilkappe drauf stecken und das wars. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt und sieht echt gut aus!
