DonJoy Stabilizing PRO Ankle Brace - Medium, Blk

I've used this brace for several years now. I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, and my orthopedist gave it to me to try. I work 12-hour shifts in a hospital and travel roughly a mile a shift on my feet. This brace keeps my foot and ankle stable and prevents any rolling from occurring. The brace is durable too. For as much use as it gets, I replace it every year to year and a half. It's not uncomfortable to wear, it's easy to put on and take off, and it fits into all of my shoes--sometimes I need to adjust the thickness of the socks I'm wearing depending on the shoes. I recommend this brace, but I suggest before buying it, you check with your doctor first and have them okay it for use for whatever condition you may be using it for to make sure the brace is the correct orthotic for you

Very effective and easy to adjust

I purchased the DonJoy Stabilizing Pro Ankle Support Brace for my son, and it’s been excellent for providing the support he needs. The medium size fits him perfectly and is adjustable, so he can get the right level of compression. The stability it offers is fantastic, and it’s helped reduce discomfort, especially during his workouts and long days on his feet. The brace is lightweight and stays in place without shifting around, making it comfortable to wear throughout the day. It’s also discreet with its simple black design, so he can wear it without it being noticeable.

This ankle brace has been a lifesaver! My daughter plays both softball and basketball and sprained her ankles during basketball season. This brace offers the best stability of all the braces I've tried. It's a process to put on but it has allowed me to remain active following an injury.

If I could give minus stars for this I would. I found the item to be difficult to put on and once on it was extremely uncomfortable to wear. It was scratchy against my skin, the heel gaped, supports did not support my ankle at all, fabric is light weight nylon. I purchased for ankle and arch support- it failed completely. I am going to return.
