I began using this this week and I most enjoy the instant peel, but was surprised to read that shrimp is an ingredient. I did really feel a lot of deadskin fall off with the first application and it wasn't harsh at all. I end up using the face wash in the shower, then using the peel after. I put the lotion on after. I find that is the easiest way to do this, since it's recommended to use the peel after steaming your face in the shower.
