RADICAL Yeti Pearl Bowling Ball, Red/Purple, 16-Pound

Good ball. I'm a lefty thumbless bowler. The Big Foot is smooth with a good hook. It's very versatile also on different oil patterns. Highly recommend!!

I purchased one about a month ago from my local Pro Shop. Loved it so much purchased a second from Amazon. The cover stock combined with multiple drill layouts makes this ball unique and a must have ball in your arsenal. It rolls smooth. I have found it to be a ball I can use on all lane conditions.

This ball is extremely reactive. I throw roughly 18-20mph and I still can get this ball to move a good amount of boards. The appearance of the ball brand new is stunning, but that also is why it did not get 5-stars. It gets dirty quite easily and all the gashes and scratches from the lanes are highlighted. This probably comes with the territory of an attractive colored ball, but it also seems to be quite un-reactive when the coverstock is dirty. This is currently my main ball, but I wish it was able to retain its vibrant color better.

I replaced my Haywire, which had lost much of its striking power after 1-1/2 years of weekly use, with this green monster of a ball. While it took one series to familiarize myself with this ball’s powerful back-end motion, the strikes have returned, and then some, and I’ve averaged a dozen pins higher over the last three weeks versus what I’d been averaging with the Haywire this season. So, I’d have to say: mission accomplished. I just love the angular, skid-flip action, which somehow seems to fit my style of starting left and bringing it back. It’s carry range is wide; perfect pocket hits are not required to carry strikes, which is a plus for 71-year old (13 mph) keglers like myself. I still use my Haywire for multiple-pin and corner spares because of the Ridiculous’ big back end, but I suspect that will end as I get more used to it. Bowling is fun again!

Putting the pin just and inch and a half to the right and slightly above the ring finger, and I have more hook that I have ever had with any other ball. I am not a cranker, more like a tweener, shooting 15 out to 8 board and back, but I can also throw straight up like a stroker and run the 5 board straight up with no wrist turn and oh man does it crash into the pocket with a driving force. For the first time in my many years of bowling, I have a 200 house average btw, I have never had this much hook, and when she gets dry, I have to put this away and also for the first time, I need to switch balls for my 10 pin shots. Seriously, this thing is a conspiracy! WOW, LUV IT! Just gotta learn to control it now LOL

Love how the ball looks and performs, feels great and does what I want it to do. Only downside is that is has a horrible smell that has yet to go away after a month of use and cleaning.

Great bowling ball!! I upgraded from a 13 to a 14. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if I could have gotten in pink.

Big investment, light use, proper care, cracked in half out of 1 year warranty. SOL
