Will these work in my bb gun

These should for for any air gun designed to operate on 12 gram CO2 canisters.

what are the dimension of this cartridge?

All 12g CO2 cartridges are the same size, regardless of the manufacturer. At least in the U.S. I have yet to find one that isnt and i have used many different brands over the years. All work just fine. They are just over 3 inches long. I would have to measure one to give specifics but they will fit almost any pellet, BB, airsoft, paintball gun, bike tire inflators etc that take 12g CO2 cartridges.
