Jou Back & Knee - Dietary Supplement

This stuff is amazing.My particular problem was with lower back pain in the muscles on either side of my lower back. Also, I didn't realize it was related but I was having problems with my knees while walking up/down stairs. I suffered with back (and later knee) pain for at least 10 years, at times it was severe. Taking NSAIDs and icing would provide temporary relief but the pain would always come back.I was introduced to this product by a Chinese Doctor at a seminar on back pain, he described all my pain before I told him what my pain was, I didn't even realize that my knee problem was related to my back problem. He suggested either acupuncture or using this supplement for two months. The Dr. explained that western medicine tends to treat the symptoms (take a pill to ease the pain) while eastern medicine works on the root cause and fixes the problem rather than simply easing the pain. After looking at my back and poking at the muscles a bit he suggested that taking this supplement for two months would likely fix my back and knee problems.A month of this product is about a hundred dollars which is a bit expensive but I decided that if it was truly going to fix my pain after 10 years it was well worth it and if it didn't work it wasn't a massive amount of money to lose.I had spent the last several years groaning in pain every time I sit down, or stand up, or walk stairs and after only a few days I knew it was working. After only a few days my pain had already reduced, after two month my pain was gone and five months later it is still gone.Best two hundred bucks I ever spent.

Can't say anything positive or negative. However, it is a bit pricey for the inconclusive results.

I have received Jou Back & Knee Supplement several times and had no problem. I also felt that it helped me! This jar, however, has an unpleasant smell, one that other jars did not have. I wonder if it is too old, if the formula has changed or if has gone bad in the sealed container. I am afraid to ingest it.

On a recent cruise, I did acupuncture for my back and knees and learned about this product which seems to work for me so I was glad to find it at Amazon to continue this supplement. Thank you

No significant change noticed

Since taking it my joint and knee pains have gone minimal and improving.
