Will this work for the front I dont have rear AC?

No this one is for the rear. I made that mistake. If you have dual zone heat the number is 604-207 and if like me you just have one heat for the front its 604-209. Its such a pain in the ass to put these in you want to make sure to get the right one.

I have an 05' explorer and i put the new blend door actuator in and now it's stuck on hot. fresh air door still opens too. any ideas?

I bought this HVAC blend door from Amazon about a year ago and it came brand new in the box and was faulty I eventually had to go to the auto parts store and pay the more money for one that work correctly
